Roles Based Access

Large projects often need tasks distributed amongst several operational roles. A project manager might need access to reporting, while a messaging engineer may need more in depth access to allow them to actively manage migrations. Service desk may only need access to a status page, for example. Roles based administration allows one or more users to be added to role groups and restricted functionality within the application applied. The users can be in the form of internal application users or fully integrated with Active Directory and authentication set to require login or to allow credential pass-through from the clients browser.
